PORK TENDERLOINS

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin, slice in 1" thick slices
1 C chopped onions
15 oz canned sliced pears (or 1 1/2 fresh pears)
2 T minced garlic
1/4 C dried cranberries (or craisins)
1/2 C white wine
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions:

*Place pork in a crock pot. Combine all other ingredients until well blended. Pour over pork. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
*If you want to cook it in an oven, bake at 325 for 2 hours.
