Ingredients:
10 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
1 C mayonaise
1 C velvetta cheese, melted
1 C crushed crackers
Instructions:
*Mix chopped broccoli, soup, egg, mayonaise and cheese in a bowl until smooth (with some bumps)
*Place in 9x13 casserole dish and top with crackers.
*Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
