Ingredients:
8 chicken breast halves, boneless & skinless
1/2 C butter
1/3 C honey
1/4 C dijon mustard
2 T regular mustard
1 small garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan cook all ingredients except chicken until it bubbles.
Place chicken in a 13x9 ungreased pan.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes.
Uncover and cook 10-20 minutes more.
Serve over white rice.
