CORN AND TOMATO SALAD

Ingredients:
3 ears of corn, cooked and shucked, preferable grilled (don't use frozen)
1 tsp chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup red onion, cooked
1 Tbl chopped olives
1/4 C oil and vinegar salad dressing
1 Tbl lime juice
3 Tbl fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation:
1.  Toss corn with chili, salt & pepper. 
2.  Place corn in a bowl with tomatoes, onions, and olives.
3.  Whisk together the salad dressing, lime juice and cilantro.
4.  Pour over vegetables and toss.
